Jane Tully is the current Fleet Admiral of the Federation, currently in the last Federation base, in Sector 8.
Background[]
Tully served as a general along with Pavalo, Tiedrich, Darwin Black, Novak, and General Turzil during the Mantis-Federation War. Before the war, she joined the Federation Military. In the academy, Darwin Black was in love with her, but she was in love with Pavalo Otto. When Pavalo was arrested for his rogue way that made the engis mad, she visits him to see him and leaves him so she could not see his gamble in the court. She was promoted to admiral after the war. During Peter Tiedrich’s speech, she was angry and furious at Peter after hearing this. Soon after, her friends who are generals left the Military to join the Rebellion. Now in 3023, she and Turzil made a stand against Novak the second and Sai-1’s flagship in the last stand.

- Tully wears the same, newer, uniform of the Federation Officers, such as Agent Morocco, but with gold epaulets to show her high rank.
- Tully, along with General Turzil, are the only Kestrel Adventures characters to be characters in canon FTL: Faster than Light. Her name is stated in the start beacon event for The Last Stand. ("Admiral Tully speaks first, saying 'What is the meaning of this? Who are you?'")
